Pet's Story or Bio
Dmitri is a 17 year old Brussels Griffon-Poodle mix that we rescued from a shelter outside of St. Louis just over 16 years ago. He was the last of his litter that was surrendered to the shelter from a breeder that was attempting to hit it big with next "designer mix-breed." How no one wanted this cute little face is beyond me. Dmitri has always been a bit of a challenge. Anti-social and very afraid of most everything. He has about four teeth left, losing his vision and his hearing, and has pretty extensive arthritis - but he has really blossomed in his senior years. He loves all snacks and snuggling on the couch with his dad. Our lives are so much better with him in it.
