Pet's Story or Bio
Benny was in foster care when my friend, his foster mom, posted videos & pics of him. I fell in love but really didn’t want another dog. Then I found out that his first family gave him away, as did his 2nd & 3rd & he had already been to 2 foster homes. All these homes & he was just 2 years old. Benny was a biter, it turns out. He had been hurt when he was very young & was in pain but no one knew. The vet found that his hip had been dislocated & not fixed but now there was too much scar tissue to help him. He will always limp or hold that foot up when he walks. No wonder he was a biter. It broke our hearts so we adopted him 6 years ago & promised him a forever home. He has learned to trust & knows that we will never hurt him & now he’s the best little man.
