Pet's Story or Bio
Meet Holly! Her full name is Holly-Diem. I rescued Holly from a shelter called Unleashed Pet Rescue in Mission, Kansas. It was the day COVID quarantine started. I was so excited because I had never had a dog on my own. When I met her and her foster mom I was told she had been returned twice for biting. She had come from another shelter who had put her on the un-adoptable list and was set to be euthanized. Then Unleashed came in and took her.

Her foster mom and the shelter I rescued her from saw Holly’s true spirit and believed she deserved a second chance. I was hesitant to adopt after hearing that the staff at the previous shelter were scared of her. But I will never forget how easily she took in her new home. She started playing almost the minute we walked into our house. She is cuddly, affectionate and super funny. She loves all my friends and family and gives them lots of love and attention whenever they come over. She loves french fries, popcorn and chasing bikes. I love her so much! I love to show how she went from this dog that people feared to this adored lovable dog.
