Contest Entry & Campaign Dates: Jan 23 – Jan 27, 2017
- No photo entries or voting permitted after 11:59:59 PM, Friday, Jan 27 (CST).
- You may enter as many photos as you want. However, remember that concentrating votes to one photo will increase your chances of winning!
- Once a photo is submitted it will appear in the contest gallery and be open to voting by the general public. Entry will require a $5.00 donation to Memphis Pets Alive! Each vote require a minimum donation of $1.00 to Memphis Pets Alive!
- All submissions must be done electronically through the contest photo website.
- Memphis Pets Alive! reserves the right to decline publication of any photo for any reason. If we decline your photo, you will be notified and your donation will be refunded. We will not accept photos displaying profanity or animals clearly in distress.
- Copyrighted or professional photos must be accompanied by authorization from the photographer.
- All photos become property of Memphis Pets Alive! and each submitted photo can be used on Memphis Pets Alive!'s website, social media, and in advertising and promotional materials without compensation or permission.
- Memphis Pets Alive! reserves the right to modify or clarify any of the contest rules during the term of the contest without advance notice.
