Julep's sweet heart knows no bounds. She tries to make friends with everyone on the street (she'll make eye contact and wag her tail rapidly at strangers until they pet her) and gets wiggley for every new dog friend. The only thing she loves more than friends (and cheese) are squirrels. She might just be the happiest girl in the world. She gets confused with Scooby Doo regularly!
