Pet's Story
Hugo Boss arrived at the MSPCA at Nevins Farm from a law enforcement case. Hugo was underweight and hadn’t been sheared in years. Although he has the most beautiful baby blue eyes, it’s actually frowned upon in the alpaca industry . Most blue eyed alpacas are deaf and unfortunately this is true for Hugo. Hugo has a zest for life and was adopted to Loudville Acres Farm with three other of his buddies. He quickly adapted to his new surroundings, was able to gain some much needed weight over the winter and spring and also received a much needed haircut. Hugo was thought to be the “boss” of the pack but is actually a sweetheart in disguise and pretty easy to halter and handle. We are so grateful to give Hugo his forever home and cherish every moment watching him flourish.
