A little about me...
Bernie, aka The Bern Dog, chose us. In 2009 we drove to MSRH all the way from Austin to find a rescue to befriend for our current mini, Phoebe. Bernie was not mini by any means. He was the only "schlab" we had ever seen! He looked up at us with those big schnauzer eyebrows and sensitive lab heart. He won us over instantly! Bernie has been by my every step for the last 10 years. He is so loving and wonderful with our human babies, even when they ride on him like a horse! He is my walking buddy, baby sitter, kayak partner, carrot eater, snuggler, and best friend.
