A little about me...
Adopted Mattie when she was almost 2 yrs. old and she will turn 14 in October. She was very sick with heart worms and almost lost her. She had never been to the Vet or been to a groomer. She had lived outside all her life in harsh summers and cold winters. She was so easy to train and adapted to living indoors. She is like a little Mom, if she thinks I am taking too long in the shower, she will check on me by sticking her head in the shower and won’t leave until she can give me a kiss on my face. She just loves for people to come to the house and wins their hearts like she did ours.
Adopted Bella aka Stella Bella in August 2021. Her Mom was having health issues and Bella had had pancreatitis 2 times in her short life and it was a lot for Mom and Bella. Her Mom misses her terribly and keeps in touch. Bella came to me from a very loving household so she is a very sweet girl. She is fun and loves to snuggle. Being young, she has followed Mattie’s lead and they are buds.
Everyday when I get the mail the two of them make a mad dash to the neighbor’s house because he feeds them chicken he cooks and keeps on hand for their daily visits. If weather permits, we all sit outside at the neighbor’s house and Mattie & Bella sit in the yard and wait for any action and for the neighbors to join us with Beau (a lab) to come over and the three of them have fun together. Everyone in the neighbor knows Mattie & Bella and love them!! These two are my heart!!!
