Bosco was an extremely skittish, grumpy, old man when we rescued him from a pet groomer in Tyler, TX after his elderly owner was placed in a nursing home for long-term care. He was not at all fond of men and even nipped at my husband while trying to escape from the pet store after being groomed. Over the past year, he has overcome his insecurities to a great degree and plays like a puppy with his favorite toys and his rescued Lab mix sister, Megan. I wish we could share all of his handsome, playful pictures with you to show the story of his progress and integration into our little family. He wore a bow tie and his sister a tutu for our wedding rehearsal in December and absolutely loved running free on the acreage where we got married. He's quite the dapper, old man even if he is still a touch grumpy every now and then. We love our handsome man.
