A little about me...Zola came into the world with a dramatic entrance—just two days old and under threat of being thrown out of a window if we didn’t take her at the Pet Adoption Center. I took her from his hands, hoping to find a foster who could care for such a fragile life. But the universe had other plans: not a single foster was available. With no other choice, I brought her home, despite never having had a cat before—let alone a newborn kitten.
Those first days were filled with uncertainty, bottle feedings, and late-night check-ins. But Zola thrived, and somewhere between her tiny meows and her fierce little spirit, I fell in love. What began as a temporary rescue turned into a forever bond.
Yes, I became a proud foster failure—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Now, Zola rules the household with a mix of sass, sweetness, and undeniable charm. The rest, as they say, is her-story.
