Pet's Story or Bio
This is my fancy boy, Ollie. Ollie was found as a tiny stray kitten, covered in motor oil at at my parent's auto repair shop. My mom actually caught him in a butterfly net and called me to see if I'd give him a home. I wasn't looking for a cat, but the second she put him in my arms and he started purring he stole my heart. I got to spend 10 years with the best, sweetest cat ever, before he passed away from cancer last year. We "grew up" together. He was there when I graduated college, got engaged, got married, moved into our own house, had a baby... I miss his slow blink "I love you", his cuddles, and his bossy meows every single day. And dinner time isn't the same without him begging for table scraps (especially when we have chicken).

We have since adopted two new cats from MSRPAC that we love, but no kitty will ever have my heart the same way Ollie did. It'd mean the world to me to be able to see him remembered in the mural, but even if he doesn't win I'm happy to support this organization helping other "Ollie's" find their humans. <3
