Pet's Story or Bio
Boysenberry was adopted by our family 6 years about while we were volunteering at Cat House on the Kings. We were told that he and his siblings had been thrown over a fence, all with eye infections. While his siblings got better, he got worse which led to the removal of his eye. Due to his disability, while his siblings all found homes he was still at the center. While cleaning, he would follow my sister around and always sit on her lap. She introduced him to our mother as, “Boysenberry,” and the rest was history. He now lives in the lap of luxury in our home, and is the favorite of all our guest who visit as he is so friendly and loves to sit in laps. Bobo’s story just goes to show you that animals can go through the worst of things and come out full of even more love that we don’t deserve. Disability doesn’t deter love.
