About Me
Carter aka Eyebrows is a foster fail. The smallest, sickest of the litter Carter has grown into a big, happy boy. In addition to his striking Eyebrows, he has thumbs! He is a very docile kitty and he loves other cats. His favorite hobby is sleeping in the big bed.
