Tiger was transferred to Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter from another shelter, where his gentle nature and quiet resilience immediately stood out. It wasn’t long before we discovered he had an undiagnosed medical condition that would require lifelong care.

Thanks to our compassionate volunteers, Rich and Rita, Tiger found comfort, safety, and endless love in their home. They made sure every day was filled with warmth—soft blankets, sunbeams, and the kind of peace every cat deserves.

Though Tiger has since passed, his story remains a beautiful reminder that love and compassion can turn even the most uncertain beginnings into something extraordinary.
