Pet's Story or Bio
My partner and I adopted Pookie (formerly known as Pooky) in August 2024, and we have been blessed with her love and affection ever since. Pookie is a long-haired calico mix that the MWHS rescued along with her 4 kittens. She loves sleeping on my laptop and the laundry hamper, and is the first to greet people at the door. She is a lap cat who is partial to sitting on your chest, and she loves treats and forehead kisses. We are so grateful to the MWHS for rescuing Pookie and allowing us to provide the best and most comfortable life for Pookie!
