Share your Love Story
We have been together four years now! WOW how time does fly. We have known each other for 20 years through a work connection but hadn't seen each other in several years.

The quick trip to Vons Grocery that night in March changed both our lives. Rachel was racing through the market on a week night only needing a few items and basically "ran into" Tom and his brother Ken while they were picking up some groceries.

When we first started dating Tom told Rachel that he "needed to go slow" in their relationship. Rachel said "OK whatever" and basically told him he should probably "step on the gas". It worked. :)

We are both California natives (Rachel from Bonita and Tom from Downey) and love living in North San Diego County.

Balboa Park has always been Rachel's favorite place in San Diego having spent many summer afternoons as a young girl roaming the park, museums and The Zoo while Rachel's mother Carol, had her Sculpture Studio in Spanish Village at the Park. In the "olden days" if you were under 12 The Zoo and many of the museums were free so Rachel had lots to explore. So it made perfect sense to begin another chapter of our lives there.

We will reside in Oceanside, CA after the wedding but plan on finding a home for us that Tom will be able to put his design expertise to work at some point in the future.
