Your Pet's Rescue Story
Before my mom passed from pancreatic cancer,

A dog was her wish and to the name Noodle it would answer.

That incredible woman was taken before that dream could come to be,

I felt in my heart someday I would have a Noodle just for me.

At Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando I wandered with my Twin,

As an employee there she had the puppy in.

I remember seeing his dark little snout,

He was the puppy that I’d always dreamed about.

At 4 weeks he was the largest and most curious in the bunch,

I knew he would be coming home with me soon-it was no hunch.

Sure enough I was able to foster my sweet little Noodle Log,

Who for me is just so much more than a dog.

I’ve watched him grow for 11 months into a swimming machine,

Who knows tricks and is always looking to steal the scene.

I don’t mind when he wakes me up to play on Saturdays,

Because if it were up to me we’d be together every day.

He’s my best friend and a connection to my beautiful mother,

No bones about it- I’m happy we found each other.
