Cindy came into my life 6 years ago at just the right moment in time when I had just lost my beloved Ginger. She helped heal the ache in my heart.
I found it so amazing that she who had been so abused her first year of life, first as a bait dog in a dog fighting ring after which she was abandoned and left to her own devices, could still be a loving and trusting soul.
Shortly thereafter I was diagnosed with cancer. Cindy was at my side during a year of chemotherapy and my bone marrow transplant. I have no doubt that Cindy helped in my recovery and I will now help in hers. She has been diagnosed with a mast cell tumor for the second time and I know she will WIN this fight.
Of course I hope Cindy wins My Best Friend Wine label contest, but regardless of the results she will always be my winner and best friend always!
