Your Pet's Rescue Story
Hi, my name is Ginger Rose. I’m a four year old Catahoula Leopard dog mix…mixed with awesome! I served two tours at Pet Alliance Orlando and I am a cancer survivor!

In 2016 I was living in Lake County in not very nice conditions so I packed up and moved to Pet Alliance for treatment to help battle my disease. By December my cancer was in remission and breathed a long sigh of relief when I found out I would be adopted into a real home. Unfortunately it wasn’t a good fit for me so after about a month I decided to move back in at Pet Alliance. It was sad but I knew that my forever parents would be looking for me and I didn’t want to settle for anything other than true love.

Finally in February of 2017 I picked out a nice couple to share my life with. I drew them in with my deep, soulful eyes and chill personality. I didn’t show them all my energy at first (gotta put your best paw forward, especially after my first home; oops!) but I knew if they loved me they wouldn’t mind! Now I enjoy running, swimming, learning tricks, vigorously playing with my toys, freely giving smooches, shaking my ears and wearing cute bandanas! I have a keen interest in wine but strangely my parents never let me enjoy a glass… It took me some time to get here but I’m so happy to be with my forever family!
