Your Pet's Rescue Story
Renae had been surrendered to Pet Alliance of Orlando due to conflicts with the previous owner's landlord. Just before Christmas I had gone to Pet Alliance looking to adopt a cat to help with my depression. Often it is very hard for me to get out of bed or complete simple tasks, so I was hoping to get a loving and playful cat to help motivate me to overcome my depression.

After looking at all the cats and not having found the perfect one for me, a tiny paw stuck out and snagged on my sweater. There was a one and a half year old tortoiseshell cat who had decided that I was her owner. She had such a spunky, playful personality that I knew she would add an upbeat energy to my home. She gets me up in the morning and comforts me when I'm sad. Renae has a wide range of facial expressions and always knows how to make me laugh. I cannot imagine my life without this beautiful ray of sunshine!
