Your Pet's Rescue Story
I adopted Dakota 4 years ago. She was skinny and skittish as could be, but from the very moment I met her, she showed me the same happy grin she’s wearing in this photo. Dakota loves being outside, and loves the beach the most. She brings joy to my life in immeasurable ways. She can be moody and solitary, like her owner, but she is the sweetest animal I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, always ready to give kisses to friends. I don’t know what her life was like before we met. I know she is terrified of cars and loud noises, and runs to hide at the very hint of a raised voice. Still though, she is a happy dog who loves people. I am blessed to have her in my life, and I try my best to repay her for all the happiness she has brought me.
