Cat - My Best Friend Rescue White
Your Pet's Rescue StoryMy name is Madeline. I am currently the household Diva Glamour-puss, and aspire to be a supermodel one day. I am also a southpaw, as I am missing my right front leg. As a tiny kitten, I was badly injured and left alone on the side of the road, but someone found me and brought me to Bay Hill Cat Hospital. They could not save my leg. The Doctors let me stay at the hospital as I recovered and helped me look for a home. While there, I earned title of Supervisor of Operations, visiting and inspecting every patient that came in.
One day, a crotchety older cat named Nathan caught my eye. He came in for regular visits for his late stage cancer, and I was completely infatuated with him. Nathan did not appreciate or return my affection, but I did not care --I was smitten with him and persisted with my shameless stalking of Nathan until he finally gave in and became my friend. I was super happy to go home with Nathan and his family! I stayed glued to his side until his final days when he went to Rainbow Bridge.
I have a new brother now. He is annoying and chases me everywhere but gives me the exercise I need. I can run and jump like any other cat, but as an aspiring supermodel, I still need a little practice on the Catwalk - balance and grace are not my strengths. Grooming can also be challenging, as I can only clean one side of my face. My hair grew out long after my surgery and I became in need of a personal stylist / assistant. I am very particular in how I am groomed, so I have trained my family on my preferences and styling techniques.
My hobbies include practicing my Catwalk, knocking laptops and delicate items from counter tops, biting important papers into tiny pieces, single-paw sharpening on leather furniture, cat-napping/beauty rest, training others to groom me, and practicing my kitty pilates, yoga and meditation. I have my own Instagram page where i share my activities https://www.instagram.com/3leggeddiva/
