Your Pet's Rescue Story
Bella and her brother were found on a snowy highway in Nashville the winter of 2007. She was about 1 year old, underfed and injured. This was the third time the pair got loose from the tree they were tied to in the back yard of their “owner”. The judge refused to release them back to him and turned them over to the Weim rescue in East TN. My aunt fostered her and soon she made her way to me. She has been a bundle of energy and joy since we got her. And, at 12 outside of her appearance you would never guess her age. I think she will be eternally two years old. It’s Christmas every time we come in the door (even if it’s only been 5 minutes) and she turns the worst days into sunshine when she greets us. We are so grateful to have added beautiful Bella to our family!
