Your Pet's Rescue Story
We rescued our pup Tucker Woods at 9.5 weeks old from the SPCA in Seminole almost 6 years ago. We instantly fell in love with him. Tucker Woods named for Tiger Woods as my hubby is a huge fan and hoped that the surname would bring Tiger back to the game of golf. In 2017, Tucker struggled with chronic ear infections and intensive antibiotic treatments. We tried everything but nothing worked and we were referred to a specialist. In March 2018, Tucker had ear ablation surgery which removed both his ear canals. The Veterinarian explained that afterwards he would have very little hearing left but that the eardrums were still intact so he might hear vibrations. Over a year later, Tucker has remained healthy and been free from ear infections!! Both of our boys love Tucker so much!! We would definitely rescue again in the future!! Maybe a girl?!
