Your Pet's Rescue Story
Lila was one of four puppies that was born outside in Puerto Rico. Lila's owner was an elderly gentleman who had eight adult dogs and four puppies that all lived outside in his yard. A Rescue in Puerto Rico knew that this gentleman couldn't afford to feed all of these dogs and he agreed to let the puppies be adopted out. That Rescue then sent the puppies to the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando where we adopted her. A few months before we adopted Lila, our fifteen year old chocolate lab (Kahlua) had passed away. Our other dog (Nemo) needed a new companion, so Lila was the perfect fit. Lila loves both Nemo and her cat brother (Mookie). Lila is extremely smart and a ball of fun energy. We LOVE her very much!
