Your Pet's Rescue Story
We rescued Reggie when he was 3 and had spent most of his life in a crate. He was overweight, afraid of people and had physical scars that will never heal. We knew immediately we had to give him a new chance at life and do our best to heal his heart, teach him love and trust. We lost our pup of 15 years about 6 weeks before we met Reggie and our hearts needed as much healing as his did. That was a little over a year ago and together we’re all making great progress. We moved into a new home, walk several times a day and he’s learned to trust our family. He’s still nervous meeting new people but with training and structure, we have some good tools to work through most of those challenges.
