Your Pet's Rescue Story
Stach was born in a “graveyard” of discarded billboard vinyls behind the media company where I worked.

Several of my co-workers fed, trapped & neutered the feral strays on a regular basis, but inevitably a few litters occurred, despite their best efforts.

WHEN STACH WAS BORN A STAR WAS BORN.

Having the Hollywood IT factor from the very beginning, “Groucho” was immediately pulled from the group of hopeful adoptees to go home with one of the CAsTing directors.

It turns out, that was not the role he was intended to play & he was optioned off to his next biggest fan - ME!!

Upon settling in with his rescue brother Sugar (aka Shug Night Kitty Extraordinaire) “Groucho” established himself as the Lead Cat. He also took on the stage name Stach (aka The Incredible Mustached Kitty).

Stach has flourished in his new found limelight. He spends hours stretching his (acting) muscles & perfecting his French accent. We have no idea where he picked up this accent, but he clearly thought it would take him places.

And oh, the places he has gone! From a billboard yard, to the CAsTing couch, to a townhouse, then on to a deluxe apartment with a “penthouse view” (of a lake with ducks!).

Stach values his privacy but graciously makes appearances at the end of dinner parties & special visits. He always draws a crowd at the Vet* and at the occasional drive thru on the way back home.

Although he has appeared in thousands of pictures on his mother’s phone, in newsprint as a sexy Cat of Christmas and starred in several Facebook videos… his dream was always to come full circle & have his face plastered on a billboard.

That dream has been superseded by the possibility of appearing on a delicious bottle of wine and helping other cats (& dogs!) find their furr-ever roles.

*Stach loves taking care of his health & adores his veterinarian’s office… even though at first they mistook the pair for Sugar & Starch!
