Your Pet's Rescue Story
Princess Bella came into my life 8 years ago when I was going through the loss of my mother from Breast Cancer and Bi-Polar Depression. I may have rescued her from the nice Pet Shop I found her in but she definitely rescued me. I had been looking for a special dog for a long time and I had finally talked my husband into getting one after 7 years. I found Princess Bella in a nice clean cage sleeping underneath another fluffy dog before I noticed her. I asked what kind of dog she was and they said a "Puggle". Not knowing what breed of dog that was, I wanted to see her closer. I was instantly in love and felt my anxieties melt away as I nuzzled her wrinkled face next to mine. Princess Bella was not cheap $$ but I could not be without her. I put down a deposit and asked if I could look at another suggested shelter before I commit to Bella. The so called shelter/pet shop I went to was so disgusting that I wrote to corporate and eventually had them shut down. In general, I knew instantly when I was able to finally pick up Princess Bella to be my forever furry friend that I was on the road to recovery. We both have been great supporters of the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando by attending Paws in the Park, Puptails on the Patio and Princess Bella's favorite, meeting Santa Paws! There is not a moment or time of day that I don't thank God for bringing her into my life. She definitely rescued me!!!
