Your Pet's Rescue StoryLittle Miss Ella was a 4 month old pup that was dropped off at the humane society in N. Conway, NH. I was living in NH at the time but on the other side of the state & about to move back to Florida in a couple weeks. A coworker that volunteered at a different humane society told me about this sweet eskie pup they called "willow", I couldn't stand the thought of this cutie being abandoned by her former mommy who thought she was "just too active"! I had a 8yr old eskie pup at the time named Khloe. Khloe and I hoped in the car and drove 3 hours to the the humane society. We got to go meet "willow" to make sure the 2 girls got along and next thing you know the 3 of us were off to start our new little family! The name "willow" didn't seem to fit this baby so we thought and thought and decided Ella suited her much better. She learned her new name very quickly! She also learned how to create a ton of mischief. She's know for jumping on the counters and helping herself to whatever fun things she thinks she can have. She hops in and out of the tub and jumps into the kitchen sink if her water bowl gets empty. She's stolen everything from a FULL bottle of wine to sunglasses to a can of beans! She's a constant source of entertainment. She loves agility so much she butts into line and doesn't want to let the other pups in class have a turn. When we're at home her favorite things are zoomie's at 90mph around the house, laying along the back of the sofa & using mommy's head as a pillow, and she absolutely MUST have a paw touching mommy at all times just like i'm a security blanket! She loves watermelon and sits at the refrigerator and cries for it. She's got such a unique personality! I never understood how someone could have abandoned her but i'm sure glad they did because I can't imagine life without her now! She's my sidekick, my buddy, my baby girl, my Ella baby and my pipsqueak!!!
