Your Pet's Rescue Story
My sweet baby girl, Ginger, was found on the side of the road with a male dog. These two were used, abused and abandoned by an awful breeder in Miami. We rescued sweet Ginger on her exit day and enjoyed every second of the 18 months we had with her. Ginger wasn't an old dog but she was very sickly. She could barely walk or move around because of being in confinement all of her life. She was the kindest most loving dog any person could have. Even as she took her last breath she smiled and gave me a kiss. Ginger spent her last 18 months in paradise surrounded by her family, cousins and brother. She was the highlight of our life and brought us more joy then we could have ever imagined. Ginger is no longer with us but her spirt lives on. Any time I see an abandoned pet or an animal in need I always stop to help. She helped us see that cruelty can stop with just one person, and a rescued animal has so much to give.
