Your Pet's Rescue Story
Fozzie Bear also known as Fozz Man, is known for his soft crimped hair, human like eyes and real life personality. He was rescued through a Cause For Paws Rescue almost two years ago after wandering the streets of Lake Nona. We didn’t have any specifications when we decided to get a dog but when we found his picture on the rescue website we had to meet him that night. He was so matted when he was rescued that they had to shave him and when we met him he went from looking like a doodle mix to a beagle … we had to have him. He came home with us that weekend and hasn’t left our sight ever since. He is Colonial Town’s personal watch dog spending his days at the front door window watching (barking) at every person, dog or cat that pass the house. We treat him like our child and therefore he comes everywhere with us … car, plane, boat, bike … there are no restrictions although the bank drive thru and pet smart are seemingly his favorite. He loves to be picked up and held on your hip like a toddler and gets several comments about how much he looks like a real child. He is a family man, forcing the three of us to go on “family” walks nightly otherwise putting his breaks on. His favorite toys come from his Auntie J and are all oversized plush animals that he carries with him wherever he goes. Based on his Instagram account @fozz_man it is easy to see he loves the camera, isn’t shy to pose and is clearly one loved rescue pup.
