I adopted Milo in 2006 from the SPCA, now the Pet Alliance, when he was just 4 months old. It was love at first sight! He has been my companion through long nights of studying, 2 relocations, many heartbreaks and 2 college graduations! He has cheered me up during hard times and has been the best confidant a girl could have. Milo inspired me to become more of an advocate for animal rights. My Mimi, as I lovingly call him, is turning 9 years old in December and I cannot picture my life without him.
