Dutton was a rescue and adopted by us through Life and Rescue at the Reeds. He was 1 of 5 dogs that were rescued from a home in Michigan. All the dogs rescued from that location were given names based off of the Yellowstone television series. When we got him, he was still underweight and weighed only 88 pounds. Fast forward a couple of years and he is a healthy 125 pounds of happy floof. He loves his morning walks and now is good on a leash. He sometimes goes on adventure hikes with me which he loves and has even visited the beach in Southport, NC although he didn’t know what to make of that and wouldn’t get wet. His favorite pastime besides cuddling with mom and napping is chasing and barking at the squirrels in his yard.
