When Charlie was born, he was born into NNR rescue. His mom was surrendered from a "breeder" due to a heart murmur, pregnant unknown to NNR. From the first, Charlie has overcome set backs, from needing oxygen and antibiotics for pneumonia to being diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia. Today, Charlie loves and lives life with reckless abandon, leaving everyone breathless, hair a little messy, and wondering what the heck just happened but wanting more.
