Your Pet's Story or Bio
Wilson is a rescue. He came to us when he was five. He had been cared for but apparently hadn’t had much outdoor experience as he did not know how to walk on a leash or play outside. But he learned quickly and loves the woods and water around our Montana house. Now seven, he is a great gentle Newfoundland dog who loves people and other animals. This past Spring he became best friends with a young female grouse who was living in the woods. They played together and the grouse accompanied us on morning walks. He has benefited from all the activity developing the typical muscular structure of a Newfoundland. He is also a great friend to us adding to our happiness every day. Thanks to National Newfoundland Rescue for connecting us with Wilson.
