Don't know Bene's background but she was fostered by Amy Onyak in Ohio & I picked her up directly from Amy on 12/06/2014 shortly before her 2nd birthday. I named her Benedictine because benediction is a synonym for blessing and that is what Bene' is to me. Both her foster & her trainer have called Bene' an Alpha Bitch so we don't have many (none) play dates. She is, however, looking forward to Seprember, when we'll go to Rehobeth Beach and she can again play with Zimmie, a MALE dog I had to rehome when my husband passed away.
