We adopted our Great Pyr, Angel, last year from a local rescue organization. She was picked up by animal control, was starving, and had recently had puppies. Now she is healthy, happy, and the most affectionate dog we've ever known. Angel is wonderful with children and loves to go on walks. She asks for treats by shaking her massive head and dancing - so funny to see! We have fallen in love with this breed and are happy to support NGPR.
