Cosmo was rescued from Florida and, when he was found, was so dirty and emaciated that his rescuer did not even realize his coat was white. She fostered him for about a year, got him healthy and cleaned back up, before we were put into contact with each other and I was able to adopt him almost 3 years ago. He keeps me on my toes and is the only dog I have ever met who actually LOVES thunderstorms. We're still working on the not coming back into the house soaking wet thing...
