Dog's Bio
We started fostering Ghost in October. He had been found in mid-Michigan severely underweight and matted. He had a long road to recovery, and like many rescues he had a few unique personality traits! He didn't bark for the first two months we had him. Now he won't stop!
We always knew we wanted to adopt him. It was in February that he was diagnosed with his heart condition. We were also happy to have adopted him in February. He's a happy dog. He's brought so much joy into our lives. In July, we received news his condition has worsened. He doesn't have much time left, but we are making sure his days are filled with good meals, lots of outside time, and (sometimes) chasing the cat. Don't worry, the cat deserves it.
