Both our Pyrs are NGPR rescues. Ziva (formerly Reagan) came to us from a wonderful foster after lost as a stray in Tennesee, found covered in ice and very thin. Ranger was captured in Louisville KY by some persistent and kind rescuers after he'd been on the run, terribly thin, eating out of garbage cans. His awesome foster in Ohio helped him realize people could be OK. They both appreciate being in the cool Northeast. They have become a wonderful part of family.
