In 2018, we found our sweet Bella at the Great Pyrenees Rescue Society in Spring, Texas. We wanted to adopt a puppy, but the fosters brought out 1.5 year-old Bella instead. We were disappointed but agreed to take her on a walk with our chocolate lab, Bear. They got along and she seemed sweet. We learned Bella had been at the rescue since the spring and adults were taking longer to re-home. We decided to adopt Bella and have never regretted it. We don’t know much about her past but the rescue saved her from a Montgomery County, Texas, shelter. It took her time to gain confidence, but she has transformed into an amazing dog. She is the most-gentle dog but takes her guard dog duties seriously! We love our big, fluffy, freckle-footed girl and can’t imagine our family without her
