Rescued from Texas where she was born in foster care, Bailey weighed 9 lbs upon arrival in Oregon at 8-1/2 weeks old. Now 8+ years old, she weighs 145 lbs and is the self-appointed neighborhood protector. A DNA test indicates that she is 7/8 Great Pyrenees and 1/8 Anatolian Shepherd. Bailey loves meeting people on our daily "street patrol" -- everyone on the street knows her. The submitted photo is Bailey with her best friend Millie, also a rescue from Texas!
