Mia was rescued at 11 months. She had a stroke at 2 years old after vaccine stimulated IMHA. After about a year of rehab she started exploring again ( even with a head tilt and trachea weakness). She relearned to walk, bark, and even explore caves. Always so happy to be out and greet people and dogs. Fast forward 8 years later she developed a mass around her intestine. Choking off access she needed a resection. That procedure failed and she had a second resection. This procedure healed and Mia will celebrate her 15th birthday on July 4th , 2022!
