We just adopted our second dog from NGPR in June of this year - Skye. Our first adoption was Griffin (Alvin) in 2020. Griffin had been dumped from a breeder into a shelter in Kentucky with little human interaction. He took a very long time to come out of his shell. He then started to love playing and wrestling, but his older brother Finn was not liking the playfulness so much. So we needed another playful companion for Griffin. Skye came from a hoarding situation in Mississippi and literally jumped right into being Griffin's constant companion. She settled right in!
