Meet the queen of the farm, Carrie!

We started raising chickens the summer of 2020 but kept losing them to predators and needed help protecting them. A local dog rescue posted a flyer of a LGD named Carrie with the cutest tilted face and it said she needed a farm job! Carrie does outstanding guarding our flocks. You will hear her when she senses danger!

Carrie comes from a tough background. It takes a long time to gain her trust and it’s on her terms but she also has a sweet, soft and playful side too!! We love her dearly!
