Gertie joined our family one month ago. She's such a sweet and lovable dog! She was extremely anxious when we first brought her home, especially of men. But, she's learning to trust us more each day. Gertie greets us in the mornings with not just a tail wag, but a full body wag. It's just adorable! Her favorite thing to do is dig in the dirt pile in our backyard. She's so happy, it's like she's having a party! She also loves to eat - both her food and treats. Gertie's doing great with our kitties, too!
