Mrs. Potts & Chip were on the euthanasia list at BARC in Houston on July 11, 2025. Both were tagged by Barrio Rescue and are being fostered by Jamberry Farms. It is believed Mrs. Potts was likely a breeder who got dumped. Mrs. Potts is HW+ and has a humerus fracture as well as 3 pelvic fractures. While Mrs. Potts goes through HW treatment and surgery for her fractures, her and Chip are enjoying the lazy dog days of summer on the lush green grass at Jamberry Farms.
