Arthur is a neighborhood ambassador, greeting passerby’s on the front porch in the heart of Southport with a smile. He can’t wait to help his mama doing tours, golf cart rides and most importantly couch cuddles. He thinks everyone is his very best friend and so far, he’s never met a stranger. A cancer survivor too, he is the embodiment of enduring happiness, friendship and joy; a perfect representation of all that our town is, was and continues to be
