I'm a very caring 11 month old Mini Aussie who lives with my people Morgan & Lindsey Royce. I also live with Mini the little lady Chihuahua who has been a only child for her entire 15 years. When she met me last year she was very accepting and somehow knew I'd be a good fit for the family after she passes over the rainbow bridge, which will be soon. More about me I love to roam the woods, climbing mountains, jumping streams, playing in the water and chasing birds, butterflies and squirrels. I play fetch when I'm inside but there's to much to look at when I'm outside to keep bringing a boring ball back. At my house we have a pond. I love watching the geese and ducks, I don't chase them or bark at them, I just like to watch them and sometimes I watch tv too. I went on a motor boat ride and loved it, wind blowing in my hair. I also never pass up a canoe ride, those are fun! I love everybody and I hope to grow up to be a therapy dog visiting hospitals and retirement homes putting smiles on people's faces, and brightening their day! I just went to my first fund raiser at the Morrisville VFW and said hello to the vendors. I was so happy to see everyone and I even got a new red jacket. My name comes from my Dads favorite show " Gun Smoke" that's a old western. Matt Dillon is the sheriff and Festus is the deputy. If you pick me I'm very photogenic and my Mom has lots of pictures of me with and without Mini and I'd like to be on a calendar. It would make Mini so proud of me. You'll see me all around Lamoille County. I go to Stowe and Morrisville a lot. I like car rides and go almost everywhere with my people but my favorite place is at home in Eden.
