Hero is a gentle soul. We adopted him 2 years ago from a weimaraner rescue. He is about to be 8 years old this upcoming August. He really is our Hero. He saved us after our 14 year old weimaraner passed away. We decided to volunteer at a weim rescue to help walk the dogs and upon meeting hero, my partner had bent over to tie her shoes next to Hero and he started licking her face. We knew then he was our Hero. He protects us, loves to cuddle, is great with his 3 cat siblings and loves to hike!! We couldnt have asked for a better dog!
